A Floyd County man was arrested on arson charges Monday.
39 year old Jason Lee Mull was arrested and charged with felony First Degree Arson – after he allegedly, intentionally set fire to his own residence.
The home was under a mortgage with Chase and had insurance through Farm Bureau.
An investigation was launched following a report of the fire just before 5:00am Sunday.
