Missing Floyd County Juveniles Found Safe In Centre

Three juveniles reported missing on Monday by Floyd County Police were stopped by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office investigators and Centre Police just after 3:30 p.m. near the Centre Post Office.

The three juveniles identified as Diamond Garrett (age 15) and Madison Pearson (age 12) and Ateara Garrett (age 6) left home around 1:30 a.m. Monday without permission. The 2013 burgundy Ford Fusion (RAK5131) they were riding in when they were pulled over had been reportedly spotted at McDonald’s in Centre earlier in the day.

The three were taken to the Centre Police Department where Floyd County Investigators along with the children’s parents picked them up.
