According to WAFF TV48 reports – a former DeKalb County youth coach, who was charged with producing child pornography, has entered a plea of not guilty.
Russell Miller Berry of Rainsville waived arraignment and entered that plea on Tuesday.
Last October sheriff’s office officials seized computers and other electronic equipment from Berry’s home for analysis.
Authorities are saying only, that at the time, the victims were juveniles.
Following his arrest, Berry was removed from his post as Assistant Coach for the Rainsville Youth Football League.
