An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and Glenn Blvd SW, Lorenza Diego Manuel, age 24 of Fort Payne, driving a 1995 Chevrolet S10 struck Chelsey Nicole Shaw, age 19 of Rome, Ga, driving a 2012 Toyota Camry. Lorenza Manuel was transported by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Erlanger Hospital. Shaw and two juvenile passengers were transported by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Dekalb Regional.
