Incidents:

Burglary – Occurred at 6710 Bowman Lane NW, a humming bird diamond and pearl pin, three pair diamond earrings, a ½ carat diamond pendent, gold chain, gold rope bracelet, diamond stud earrings, two gold flat chains, three gold rope chains, Citizens black watch, two gold Citizens watches, diamond cocktail ring, Noah’s Ark bracelet and ring set, gold floating heart necklace, 1959 Fort Payne High School class ring, and cherry wood jewelry box were all taken, and wood door was damaged, valued at $9850.00.

8 Arrests:

Cody Wendell Crumley, age 28 of Dutton, was arrested on Two Warrants for Judicial Court Services and Failure to Appear at 3:58 pm.

Tammy Elizabeth Morgan Fisher, age 30 of Section, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 5:39 pm.

John David Peppers, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 5:52 pm.

Aliceson Jade Swearingen, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband at 6:43 pm.

Christy Dawn Martin, age 38 of Gadsden, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband at 6:43 pm.

Debra L Salisbury, age 56 of Section, was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication at 6:58 pm.

Tevis Edward Bolding, age 37 of Dutton, was arrested on Two Warrants for Probation Violation and Contempt of Court at 6:58 pm.

John Robert Lee Mossop, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Alias Warrants for Probation Violation and Possession of Marijuana at 10:12 pm.

Michael Dewayne Lowrey, age 26 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for an Outside Agency at 9:51 pm.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two candy baskets were damaged, valued at $2.00.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 211 Turner Ave NE, a Sanyo 32” flat screen was taken, valued at $398.00.

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, seven packs of Magic playing cards were taken, valued at $70.00.

Jonathan Lee Farmer, age 31 of Mentone, was arrested on Two Warrants for Probation Violation and Alias Warrant of Arrest at 1:20 am.

A 17 year old male juvenile of Dawson was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:22 pm.

A 16 year old male juvenile of Dawson was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:22 pm.

A 17 year old male juvenile of Fort Payne was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:22 pm.
