Monday September 16th

Incidents:

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 200 Medical Center Drive SW, a ceiling tile was damaged, valued at $100.00.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 201 45th Street NE, $90.00 in US currency was taken.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1116 Sherwood Drive, $30,000.00 in US currency was taken.

5 Arrests:

Joseph William Whatley, age 47 of Scottsboro, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Pay Fines, DUI and Contempt of Court at 12:16 am.

Ricky Lynn Cash, age 63 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 12:07 pm.

James Kevin Stephen, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:00 pm.

Amy Gaul Hairel Beene, age 36 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation and Criminal Trespass at 9:31 pm.

Zachary Dane Honeycutt, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:40 pm.

4 Accidents with 0 Injuries.

Tuesday September 17th

Incidents:

Delayed Accident Report – Occurred at 100 Kelly Road E, a door and mirror on a 2000 Jeep were damaged, valued at $850.00.

5 Arrests:

Sidney A Malone Jr., was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, Driving Under the Influence of Combined Substance and Attempting to Elude at 8:37 am.

Tracy Ray Morrison, age 43 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 10:24 am.

A 14 year old juvenile female of Fort Payne was arrested for Carrying Brass Knuckles at 2:21 pm.

James Alan Craig, Jr., age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Pick-Up Warrant at 2:35 pm.

Lloyd Collin Law, age 25 of Gadsden, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, and Methamphetamine at 3:48 pm.

2 Accidents with 0 Injuries.

Wednesday September 18th

Incidents:

Theft of property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, air line tubing, glue sticks, and a Stanley side cutter were taken, valued at $13.00.

3 Arrests:

John Robert Williamson, age 65 of Mentone, was arrested for DUI and Possession of Open Container at 7:11 pm.

Charles Gene Keener, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance at 7:07 pm.

Kyla Marie Dabbs, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:44 pm.

1 Accident with 0 Injuries.

Thursday September 19th

Incidents:

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a box of magic cards and a Neo TV was taken, valued at $75.00.

1 Arrest:

Paul Tyler Crowe, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 12:20 pm.

3 Accidents with 0 Injuries.
