Four Arrested Monday on Controlled Substance Charges

Four people were picked up on controlled substance charges Monday in Cherokee County – two in the morning, one in the afternoon and another that evening.

Joey Todd Tierce of Centre, 47, was booked into jail shortly after 10:00am and charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Appear on prior charges of the same offenses, and a Court Order – meanwhile 45 year old Leesburg resident Tonya Ann Seale was booked in just before 10:30 on charges of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Joseph David Dennis age 40 of Gadsden was arrested and booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center just after 3:00, on charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Donald Lee Ball age 42 from Centre was booked shortly after 8:00 that evening on charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree; that in addition to two counts of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Bond for Tierce has yet to be set – bond for Seale stands at $2,500 and $3,000 for Dennis – all three currently remain in the Detention Center. 

Bond for Ball was set at $4,000 and he was released shortly after 10:30 Tuesday morning.
