Four Piedmont residents remain lodged in the Cherokee County Detention Center following their arrests on controlled substance charges Wednesday night.

Thomas Duane Allen was charged with the Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Tampering with Evidence.  He is 54 years of age.

James Robert Dutton, age 52; Tracy Jean Dutton, age 47; and Traci Maxine Green, age 53, all stand charged with the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and with the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All four were booked into jail between 7:00 and 8:00pm, with bond for Allen set at $19,000.

Bond for the remaining three has been set at $2,500 each.
