Photo by Paul Archuleta/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) — Adam Hicks, who starred in the Hulu series Freakish, was arrested in Burbank, California on Wednesday for allegedly pulling off a string of armed robberies, according to USA Today.
The 25-year-old Hicks — who also starred in the Disney sitcom Zeke and Luther from 2009-2012 — along with a woman identified as Danni Tamburo, 23, are accused of committing a total of four robberies — all occurring within minutes of each other and all in the same Burbank area involving victims out for a walk.
According to police, the victims all provided similar descriptions of the suspect and his car, a dark-colored Kia.
No one was injured in the robberies.
Following a search of the couple’s home by the Burbank Police Department’s S.W.A.T. Team, Hicks and Tamburo were arrested. The cops believe Tamburo was driving the Kia during the robberies.
Hicks and Tamboro are both being held on $350,000 bail. They’re due in court on Friday.
