Floyd County Police have arrested a Ft Payne man on charges of the Sexual Exploitation of a Child and Obscene Internet Contact with a Child. According to county jail records, 37 year old Joshua Lloyd Green used the internet to seduce, solicit, lure and entice someone whom he believed to be a child.
He also allegedly engaged in verbal descriptions and narrative accounts of sexual conduct.
