A Ft Payne man was arrested on a rape charge last Friday (April 3rd 2020) after the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office received information that the individual had committed a sexual act with a minor. Following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office 22 year old Jason Bolt was arrested and he was charged with Rape 2nd Degree.
DeKalb County Sheriff Nick Welden said he’d like to remind the public to never hesitate to contact his office if they know of any such acts taking place.
