A 26 year old DeKalb County man has been arrested on sexual abuse charges in the wake of a complaint filed with investigators at the Ft Payne Police Department. Robert Shawn Ross was taken into custody and charged with Sexual Abuse of a Child Under the Age of 12, along with Sodomy 1st Degree.
He was taken to the Ft Payne City Jail and later transferred to the DeKalb County Detention, Center, where he remains on $200,000 bond.
No additional information regarding the case is being released at this time.
