Ft Payne Man Sentenced to 30 Years on Child Pornography Charges

Frazier, Robert WilliamA Ft Payne man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for three counts of child pornography.

Robert William Frazier, age 34 will afterwards be subject to 20 years under supervised release according to information in a news release from U.S. Attorney Joyce White Vance.

U.S. District Judge R. David Procter handed down that sentence earlier this week.

Frazier pled guilty to three counts carrying a statutory maximum of 20 years each.

According to the information in the news release Frazier sent images of child pornography to – and communicated with, another individual, Michael Haynes from Anniston – who has also been prosecuted and sentenced to a prison term of 10 years.

Reportedly – there were images of two female children from DeKalb County contained in those communications.
