Two Ft Payne, Alabama residents were booked into the Floyd County Jail Tuesday on felony Fugitive from Justice charges.
Jail records indicated 39-year old Charles Ray Wilbanks Jr. committed a crime in Alabama – then fled to Georgia. According to the DeKalb County (Alabama) Sheriff’s Office website he is wanted on a felony theft charge. Meanwhile 42-year old Wendy Wilbanks had reportedly crossed the state line while running from a warrant for failure to comply.
