Criminal Mischief & Theft of Property – Occurred at 401 Gault Ave N, a pair of bronze drum sticks were taken and damaged, valued at $20000.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 509 16th Street NE, a wallet and contents were taken, valued at $345.00
Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 1300 Forest Ave NW, a bumper on a 2011 Chrysler 300 was damaged, valued at $250.00
Burglary – Occurred at 4001 Williams Ave NE Apt D114, two oval pictures, camera case, three Swiss Army lap top cases and a brief case were taken, valued at $130.00
Robbery – Occurred at Wal-Mart, shorts and a speaker were taken, valued at $39.31
Duty upon Striking Fixtures upon a Highway – Occurred at 1111 Scenic Road E, shrubs were damaged, valued at $250.00

Sherie Shree Armstrong, age 50 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 7:40 pm
Miranda Danielle Townsel, age 25 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 8:13 pm

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and Greenhill Blvd, Maria Matias Pascual, age 38 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 KIA struck CJ Robin Jester, age 24 of Henagar, driving a 1997 Chevrolet S10. Passenger in the S10, Andrea Ann Land, age 22 of Fort Payne, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Kelly Road NE and Adamsburg Road E, Amber Marie Crowe, age 22 of Fort Payne, driving a 1995 Buick left the roadway and struck a utility pole. Crowe was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
