Monday April 29th   

 

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 3000 Hixon Road NW Apt 402, $120.00 in currency was taken

 

6 Arrests

Amanda September Lloyd, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:09 am

Sebastian Clay Burt, age 18 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:07 am

Pascual Miguel Francisco, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for DUI at 2:15 pm

Shane Thomas Wright Jr, age 28 of Valley Head, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance at 3:42 pm

Ashley Michelle Parnell, age 25 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 5:28 pm

Tammie Lynette Pendergrass, age 56 of Flat Rock, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 5:06 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Dogtown Road SE and Jennings Road SE, Scott James Shrader, age 44 of Fort Payne, driving a 2011 Ford 350 stuck Christopher Brandon Walter, age 26 of Albertville, driving a 2012 Isuzu NPR. Shrader then struck Ross Clay Childers, age 23 of Fort Payne, driving a 1997 Toyota Tacoma.  Childers was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Patricia Hope Galloway, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance at 5:22 pm

George Gragery Dunn Jr, age 35 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest and Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance at 11:08 pm

Wednesday May 1st       

               

Incidents

Duty Upon Striking Fixture Upon Highway – Occurred at 860 Dugout Valley Road W, a utility pole was struck, valued at $500.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $4.24

Brannon Wade Skyles, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:03 am

Sunny Bridget Kay, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Criminal Mischief at 11:05 am

Jamie Scott Craton, age 36 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 1:06 pm

Jason Paul Hunt, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:14 pm

Amanda Denise Denson, age 35 of Boaz, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:40 pm

Rex Daniel Bell, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for DUI at 4:06 pm

James Lee Crawford, age 50 of Atlanta, Ga, was arrested for Possession of a Forged Instrument and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:47 pm

Machel Lynn Groves, age 44 of Mentone, was arrested for Public Intoxication and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:09 pm

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Dugout Valley Road W and Glenn Blvd SW, Rickey Shannon Robinson, age 25 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Chevrolet Impala left the roadway and struck a utility pole. Robinson was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

 

Thursday May 2nd     

 

Incident

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2612 Gault Ave N, a wallet and contents were taken, valued at $80.00

Delayed Accident Report – Occurred at 2605 Gault Ave N, a bumper on a 2018 Nissan Rogue was damaged, valued at $200.00

Mickey Larry Key, age 65 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 2:15 am

Jessica Ryan Hicks, age 31 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 2:17 pm

Larry Duane Wells, age 66 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 4:43 pm
