Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1000 Gault Ave N, a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe was taken, valued at $2500.00

Recovery of a Stolen Vehicle – Occurred at 1400 Gault Ave N, a 2008 Cadillac CTS was recovered, valued at $3500.00

2 Arrests

Dean Spurgeon Williams, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Four Warrants for Outside Agency at 1:09 pm

Corrie Rachelle Whited, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:47 pm

Incidents

Damaged Property – Occurred at 605 Kelly Road E, barbed wire fencing was damaged, valued at $500.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $12.15

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 1111 Grand Ave NW, an Echo chainsaw was taken, valued at $100.00

Tammie Lynette Pendergrass, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property and Criminal Trespass at 3:15 pm

Jerry Edward Beavers, age 50 of Collinsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:02 pm
