Monday December 2nd 

Incidents

Burglary – Occurred at 2410 Beck Industrial Blvd NW, a Dell laptop, 4 desktop computers, a Chicago electric portable welder, Porter skil saw, Porter sawzall, Porter drill and assorted hand tools and tool pouch were taken, valued at $1325.00

 

9 Arrests

David Mark Tanner, age 30 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 2:15 pm.

Billy Wayne Carter, age 57 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 4:55 pm.

Shasta Dawn Terrell, age 21 of Ider, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 30 Days at 7:05 pm.

John David Jacobs, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 10 Days at 6:00 pm.

Nicholas Michael Johnson, age 24 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 10 Days at 6:00 pm.

Kevin John Burich, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 5 Days at 6:00 pm.

Annett Detrice Dennis, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 90 Days at 6:00 pm.

David Mark Tanner, age 30 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 70 Days at 6:00 pm.

Gregory James Leingang, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 60 Days at 6:00 pm.

David Shane White, age 43 of Flat Rock, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 1 Day at 6:00 pm.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1202 Lincoln Ave SE, $15.00 of gasoline was taken

Angela Estelle Hawthorne, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:33 pm.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1617 Burk Drive NW, taken were a 38 revolver, 22 caliber pistol, 14 karat ring set, two pair gold earrings, emerald and diamond necklace, emerald and diamond bracelet and earrings, emerald and diamond ring, 2 karat aqua marine gold ring, pearl and diamond ring, $3500.00 in US currency, 8 place sterling silver place setting and 6 silver serving pieces, valued at $11752.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 104 19th Street NW, a pink phone wallet was taken, valued at $5.00

Forgery – Occurred at 1602 Alabama Ave NW, $2507.00 was withdrawn without authorization

Unlawful breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 1302 Gault Ave N Apt 12, $325.00 in US Currency was taken

Change Bills – Occurred at 209 Greenhill Blvd NW, a $100.00 bill was counterfeit

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1615 Sanders Ave NE, four electric heaters and $15.00 in US currency were taken, valued at $215.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 158 8th Street NE Apt 202, a Verizon cell phone was taken, valued at $50.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at K-Mart, items taken were Thomas and friends underwear, fingernail polish, ACE bandage, make up, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, valued at $43.25

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 4220 Godfrey Ave NE, a door on a 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche was damaged, valued at $500.00

Natalie Brooke Smith, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Open Container at 12:12 am.

Craig Cornell McElrath, age 35 of Collinsville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:47 pm.

Jennifer Ann Johnson, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 6:28 pm.

Daniel Brian Gregory, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting Arrest at 10:20 pm.

Cynthia Lynn Bates, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:20 pm.
