Monday December 9^th  

Incidents

Burglary – Occurred at 601 Greenhill Blvd NW Apt 104, an HP Slimline computer and accessories were taken, valued at $900.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 70 Green Valley Circle NE, a 3×2 storm window was damaged, valued at $80.00

 

3 Arrests

Brian Maurice Price, age 31 of Centre, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 5 Days at 4:59 pm.

Jonathan Matthew Bryant, age 19 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Warrant for No Insurance and Reckless Endangerment at 6:51 pm.

Amber Latoya McElrath, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Warrants for Assault, Harassing Communications and Seatbelt Violation at 9:11 pm.

Tuesday December 10^th                                                                                                     

Incidents

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a gallon of Rotella motor oil was opened and poured on twenty nine basketballs, a backpack and gloves, valued at $579.00

Burglary – Occurred at 3904 Park Road SE, taken were a Ruger 270 caliber rifle, Leopold scope, Stevens 12 gauge shotgun, $800.00 in US currency, 22 caliber revolver, leather holster, wedding ring and band, miscellaneous jewelry, and two wood doors were damaged, valued at $3645.00

 

5 Arrests

Mark Anthony Bryson, Jr., age 32 of Fyffe, was arrested on Three Warrants for No Insurance, Two Warrants for No Tag, and Warrants for No Brake Lights and License at 12:01 am.

Jennifer Nicole Sanchez, age 38 of Fyffe, was arrested on Two Warrants for Driving while Revoked and Revocation of Suspended Sentence at 8:31pm

Jeremy Keith Miller, age 32 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 8:54 pm.

Ferdinand Dewight Walker, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 11:18 pm.

Randy Maurice Rutledge, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Resisting Arrest at 11:18 pm.

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

Brian James Baldwin, age 43 of Pisgah, driving a 1998 Lincoln Towncar struck Lee William Marden, age 69 of Valley Head, driving a 2011 Buick.  Injured passenger in the Buick, Carol Marden, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

 

Wednesday December 11^th

Incidents

Identity Theft – Occurred at 400 39^th Street NE, charges of $3000.00 were made without authorization

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, Ole Roy dog food was taken, valued at $20.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two eye shadows and two mascara were taken, valued at $30.00

 

3 Arrests

Junefull B White, age 63 of Sylvania, was arrested for Theft of Property at 12:45 pm.

Jennifer Ann Johnson, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 5:15 pm.

A 17 year old juvenile female was arrested for Theft of Property at 7:56 pm.

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2609 Gault Ave N, an HTC smart phone was taken, valued at $300.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 404 Beason Gap Road NE, three tires were damaged on a Toyota Celica valued at $400.00

 

1 Arrest

Michael Allen Clark, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Giving False Information to Law Enforcement at 11:16 am.
