Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 106 14^th Street NW Apt 20, a Pro Q BBQ smoker was taken, valued at $325.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $357.04

Theft of Property & Criminal Trespass – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $52.80

Theft of Property – Occurred at 240 55^th Street NE Apt E-2, $220.00 in currency was taken

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a rear panel on a 2011 Lincoln MKX was damaged, valued at $1000.00

David Neal Whisenant, age 48 of Gadsden, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:49 pm

Treva Elaine Williams, age 44 of Trenton, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 4:00 pm

Susan Lynn Malone, age 70 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property and Criminal Trespass at 7:34 pm

Pascual Andres Diego, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:23 pm

Burglary – Occurred at 403 Leath Drive NE, a diamond plated tool box and miscellaneous tools were taken, valued at $2000.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, shoes and a whisk were taken, valued at $57.47

William Barkley Harbour, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 3:23 am

Anthony Roy Townsend, age 63 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 8:23 am

Kimberly D Goodridge, age 54 of Henagar, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance at 9:56 am

Wade Ramsey Potts, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Endangering the Welfare of a Child at 9:21 pm

Sky Steven Gortney, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 10:37 pm

Juan Pascual Miguel, age 57 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 12:07 am

 

 

3 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Scenic Road and Lookout Terrace, Jerrid Dewayne Graves, age 27 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 Nissan Altima, left the roadway and struck a tree. Passenger Keosha Lachelle Underwood, age 26 of Fort Payne, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Steven Levan Wilks, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 9:25 pm

Jerry Wade Womack, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:32 pm

David Samuel Todd, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Prescription Drugs and a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 10:42 pm
