Monday January 16th

   

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, various clothing and miscellaneous merchandise were taken, valued at $895.17

 

5 Arrests

A 16 year old juvenile female of Rainsville was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 1:22 am

Kristopher Lee Keef, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:17 am

James Wesley Adamson, age 19 of Geraldine, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:03 pm

Emily Margaret Powell, age 19 of Fyffe, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:03 pm

 

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59 N ramp, Curtis L Newsome, age 70 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 GMC Yukon, struck Gaven Blake York, age 18 of Fackler, driving a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. A juvenile female passenger in the Newsome vehicle was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

 

Tuesday January 17th                         

 

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1709 Alabama Ave NW, 15 gallons of gasoline were taken, valued at $30.00

Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a tail light and paint were damaged on a 2016 Chevrolet Trailblazer, valued at $400.00

 

3 Arrests

A 15 year old female juvenile of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 7:10 pm

Shane Charles Walker, age 39 of Clarksville, TN, was arrested on a Warrant for Fugitive from Justice at 11:40 pm

Haley Deanna McCue, age 32 of Collinsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:50 pm

 

4 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Dogtown Road SE, Carrie Elizabeth Underwood, age 58 of Fort Payne, driving a 1999 Nissan Altima, left the roadway and struck a tree. She was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

 

 

 

Wednesday January 18th                 

 

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1505 Grand Ave SW, a purse and contents were taken, valued at $35.00

Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – charges of $1006.75 were made without authorization

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 15 Stewart Court Circle SE Apt 233, a hood on a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser was damaged, valued at $200.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2116 Alabama Ave NW, a check for $55.00 was taken from a mailbox

Negotiating a Worthless Instrument – Occurred at 2001 Wallace Ave NE, a check for $45.43 was written on a closed account

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 1306 Clark Ave NE, a door on a 2006 Chrysler 300 was damaged, valued at $1000.00

 

5 Arrests

Robert Eric Warfield, age 51 of Hernando, FL, was arrested for DUI at 12:57 am

William Darrin Blevins, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:34 pm

Robert Eric Warfield, age 51 of Hernando, FL, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 12:51 pm

Christopher Ray Ridgeway, age 49 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 7:20 pm

Kerian Celeste Hughes, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Running a Stop Sign at 8:54 pm

Thursday January 19th                

  

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 4021 Gault Ave S, thirteen pieces of steel were taken, valued at $8000.00

Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 5248 Field Road NE, charges of $32.38 were made without authorization

Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle – Occurred at 706 Cave Street SE, a 1998 Chevrolet Malibu was taken, valued at $3000.00

 

1 Arrest

Jeffery Lee Crow, age 42 of Mentone, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 3:15 pm
