Incidents

Burglary – Occurred at 2207 Gault Ave N, twelve bottles of alcohol were taken and an entrance door was damaged, valued at $400.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 4800 Martin Ave NE, six metal fence post were damaged, valued at $1000.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 400 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, a Hurley hat, Levi jeans and a Fox t-shirt were taken, valued at $69.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two make ups and body spray were taken, valued at $8.98

John Russell Bone, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 12:39 am.

Cody Wendell Crumley, age 29 of Dutton, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 4:26 pm.

Shereela Lashay Underwood, age 23 of Valley Head, was arrested for Theft of Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:46 pm.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 200 Gault Ave S, a mattress was damaged, valued at $100.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 151 8^th Street NE, six meals were not paid for, valued at $75.73

Daniel Lopez, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Criminal Mischief at 6:30 pm.
