2 Arrests

Shawn Michael Thomas, age 24 of Fyffe, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 5:11 am

Kaleb Austin Hughes, age 18 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:17 pm

 

3 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Interstate 59, Lesley Francisco Andres, age 22 of Fort Payne, driving a 2011 Nissan Sentra left the roadway, went off an embankment and turned over on the driver’s side. Andres was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Incidents

Theft of Property/Fraudulent use of Credit Card – Occurred at 4001 Williams Ave NE Apt I 132, charges of $650.00 were made without authorization

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 922 Fairway Road NW, four tires on a Honda Accord, sheetrock, cups and a China Cabinet were damaged, valued at $440.00

4 Arrests

Mary Moses Payne, age 47 of Athens, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 1:42 pm

Raymond Douglas Gilreath, age 51 of Summerville, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Any Substance, Reckless Endangerment, Possession of Prescription Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:39 pm

Dylan Scott Gladney, age 20 of Leesburg, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 10:53 pm

Westley Jacob Lewis, age 27 of Rainsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Expired Tag and Insurance Violation at 11:37 pm

Theft of Property – Occurred at 516 Glenn Blvd SW, an Interstate battery was taken, valued at $110.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 151 5^th Street NE, a window was damaged on a 2011 Ford F 150, a purse and wallet were taken, valued at $500.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 6107 Foothill Road NW, a diamond wedding ring set and an Oyster Perpetual Rolex were taken, valued at $17000.00

Ashton Leigh Dupree, age 28 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:20 pm

Gregorio Nunez Perez, age 32 of Henagar, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:24 pm
