Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 7605 Greenhill Blvd NW, charges of $292.81 were made without authorization
Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 1200 Beason Gap Road NE, a bumper on a 2004 GMC Envoy was damaged, valued at $250.00
Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 307 10th Street NW, paint on a vehicle was damaged, valued at $50.00

Alonzo Santiago Gaspar, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Appearing in Public Under the Influence at 1:44 pm

Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 500 Gault Ave SW, charges of $1284.81 were made without authorization
Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card & Theft of Property – Occurred at 509 16th Street NE, charges of $88.47 were made without authorization, a Mossburg shotgun, debit card, keys and currency were taken, valued at $493.47

An accident occurred at 1000 Gault Ave S and 10th Street SW, Roger Lee Frix, age 46 of Leesburg, riding a 2001 Harley Davidson FLHTPI, struck Alan Altamirano Leyva, age 23 of Dutton, driving a 2007 Chrysler 300. Frix was transported to Huntsville Hospital by Dekalb Ambulance Service. Passenger on the motorcycle, Jewel Annette Frix, age 46 of White, Ga, was airlifted to Huntsville Hospital.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1208 Godfrey Ave NE, a Firestone Champion tire on a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu was damaged, valued at $150.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, three Bluetooth head phones and a Bushell flashlight were taken, valued at $160.00

Justin Tyler Jackson, age 26 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property and Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement at 4:49 pm
Marcia Michelle Jackson, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:50 pm
