Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a knife, three hair treatments, manicure set, card, two makeups, and two LED disk were taken, valued at $54.93

Kevin Joe Fraley, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 1:17 pm.
Gerald Moten, age 54 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 1:00 pm.
Robert Oneal Cook, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 3:07 pm.
Charles Edwin Johnson, age 35 of Valley Head, was arrested on Two Warrants for Theft of Property and Possession of Marijuana at 3:44 pm.
William Cody Shankles, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Attempting to Elude Police Officer at 5:19 pm.
Karmen Jodi Higgins, age 31 of Pisgah, was arrested for Theft of Property at 6:15 pm.
A 14 year old juvenile female of Tunnel Hill, Ga, was arrested for Theft of Property at 6:15 pm.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1401 Glenn Blvd SW, an IPhone 5 was taken, valued at $200.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 4012 Williams Ave NE Lot 34, an IPod and ten CD’s were taken, valued at $170.00
Burglary – Occurred at 4001 Williams Ave NE, a door was damaged and $50.00 in currency was taken, valued at $100.00
Identity Theft – Occurred at 607 Grand Ave SW, charges of $124.33 were made without authorization

Stephen Bradley Baker, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 1:10 pm.
Renee Bethune Peek, age 45 of Ider, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance at 4:23 pm.
John Christopher Hunter, age 31 of Valley Head, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Pay and Contempt of Court at 5:08 pm.

An accident occurred at Jordan Road SW and Industrial Blvd SW, Jennifer Rose Tidwell, age of Fort Payne, riding a 2013 Harley Davidson XL1, left the roadway. Tidwell was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
