Friday June 5th 

Incidents

Identity Theft – Occurred at 5914 Shanna Ave NW, charges of $1353.00 were made at AT&T

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 151 5th Street NE, several pieces of playground equipment were damaged, valued at $300.00

2 Arrests

Malachi Emmanuel Vaughan, age 31 of Dawson, was arrested for Theft of Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Parole Violation at 11:37 am

Alicia Leahanne Peters, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Synthetic Narcotics at 12:16 pm

Saturday June 6th       

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 219 Gault Ave S, a Gatorade was taken, valued at $1.65

Unlawful Breaking and Entering – Occurred at 301 Sequoyah Dr NE Lot 186, a car battery, two PlayStation game consoles, and a Vizio 32” TV were taken and a door knob was damaged, valued at $810.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 3706 Ridge Road SW, both sides of a truck bed on a 1997 Chevrolet Silverado were damaged, valued at $1000.00

Joseph Justin Redding, age 19 of Attalla, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:50 am

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred on I 59 south and mm 224, Thomas Leonard Morgan, age 53 of Valley Head, driving a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt, left the roadway and struck a guard rail fence and post. Morgan was transferred to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
