Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 207 8^th Street NE, four windows were damaged, valued at $600.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 305 20^th Street NE, a metal tool box and contents were taken, valued at $50.00

Burglary – Occurred at 2501 Briarwood Ave SW Apt D-32, a 22” gold herringbone necklace was taken, valued at $400.00

William Mark Eberhart, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation of Suspended Sentence at 2:03 pm.

Casey Daniel Harp, age 33 of Falkville, was arrested for DUI at 7:20 pm

Burglary – Occurred at 601 Tyler Ave SE, a 39” JVC TV was taken, valued at $300.00

Burglary – Occurred at 206 Grand Ave NW, two MacBook laptop computers and an I-Pad were taken, valued at $2600.00
