Burglary – Occurred at 1613 Airport Road NW, an HP printer and Oyster crock pot were taken and a master lock was damaged, valued at $114.00

Berton David Newton, age 41 was arrested for Three Counts of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:15 pm.

James Colton Pendergrass, age 24 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:10 pm.

Incidents

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 2236 Fisher Road, a mailbox was damaged, valued at $120.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1107 Grand Ave NW, $50.00 in currency and a wallet were taken, valued at $65.00

Timothy William Estep, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 9:08 am.
