Dorothy Nikki Jones, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:54 pm.

Eric Scott Willingham, age 25 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 3:54 pm.

Jeremy Dale Strawn, age 35 of Valley Head, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Open Container at 7:05 pm.

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 201 Cracker Barrel Row SW, damage was done to a mirror on a 2002 Ford Explorer, a wallet, 4 prescription medications, a Garmin GPS and $160.00 in US currency was taken, valued at $570.00

Jose Pedro Andres, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 2:15 am.

Gary Wayne Williams, age 46 of Rainsville, was arrested for DUI at 4:02 am.

Marcus Aaron Spangler, age 36 of McDonald, Tn., was arrested for Two Counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle, Two Counts Possession of Credit/Debit Cards, and Criminal Mischief at 9:08 pm.

Eric Lee Walker, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication at 8:47 pm.
