Incidents

Burglary – Occurred at 1012 Gault Ave S, a door, frame and lock were damaged, valued at $100.00

 

6 Arrests

Kevin Joe Fraley, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Mischief at 2:30 pm.

Alan Lemoin Pyron, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 2:48 pm.

Ethan Andrew Kuykendall, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant at 4:49 pm.

Stevie Lee Higgins, age 34 of Valley Head, was arrested on Eight Warrants for DUI, Probation Violation, Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs, Revocation of Suspended Sentence, Driving while Suspended, Insurance Violation,  Expired Tag and Improper Tires at 5:28 pm.

William Theodore Sargent, age 50 of Anniston, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Open Container and Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 6:03 pm.

Hollis Jay Gilstrap, age 31 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 175 Days at 5:15 pm.

Tuesday May 13^th                                                                                                         

Incidents

Duty upon Striking Fixture on Hwy – Occurred at 300 Godfrey Ave SE, a stop sign, street sign, metal post, a 3” laminate sign and hardware were damaged, valued at $189.90

Duty to Stop and Remain – 600 1^st Street E, the front end of a 2003 Ford Mustang was damaged, valued at $10,000.00

Identity Theft – Occurred at 3802 Grand Ave SW, charges of $199.28 were made without authorization

Benjamin Thomas Crawford, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Menacing at 12:29 am.

Gordon Timothy Wertz, age 44 Valley Head, was arrested for DUI at 11:42 pm.

James Reubin Doss, age 49 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 8:22 am.

Christopher Lee Walls, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 1:46 am.

Arthur David Bryant, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 3:42 pm.

Bruce Lee King, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 10:56 pm.

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 502 Beason Gap Road NE, a Samsung cellphone was taken, valued at $100.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 401 Gault Ave N, a concrete bench was damaged, valued at $300.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, four clothing items, two baby bottles and a baby toy were taken, valued at $53.58

Christie Heather Renee King, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 6:24 pm.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 3399 Godfrey Ave N, an 8×13 utility trailer was taken, valued at $1500.00

Jason Tyler Shankles, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 7:19 pm.

Randall Scott Hill, age 31 of Gadsden, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 10:10 pm.
