Friday May 17^th                                                         

Incidents

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two bottles of compressed air was used, valued at $12.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1614 Alabama Ave NW, a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pickup was taken, valued at $5000.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1103 Grand Ave NW, a dresser was taken, valued at $100.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 3910 Lyndale Dr NW, a garbage container was damaged, valued at $80.00

 

5 Arrests

Ashley Louise Shankles Hancock, age 27 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 1:52 pm.

Dustin Ray Helms, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Mischief at 3:17 pm.

John Joseph Burt, age 29 of Pisgah, was arrested for Criminal Mischief at 3:17 pm.

Toby Lee Hulsey, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 9:18 pm.

Juan Pascual Miguel, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 10:01 pm.

 

9 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Nucor, Macon Talley Haynes, age 37 of Scottsboro, driving a 2005 Freightliner was struck by Norfolk Southern Train. Haynes was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Godfrey Ave N and 12^th Street NE, a 17 year old juvenile female of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Nissan Altima, struck Oscar Thomas Austin, age 69 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Saturn LS. The Saturn LS then struck Misty Dawn Gaskey, age 37 of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Saturn Vue. A passenger in the Saturn LS was taken to Gadsden Regional Medical Center by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Incidents

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 151 8^th Street NE, spindles on a porch were broken, valued at $100.00

Burglary – Occurred at 1501 Williams Ave NE Apt C, a MP3 player, a bottle of prescription medication and a Victorinox knife were taken, valued at $174.00

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 2612 Gault Ave N, a 2003 Ford LGT was damaged, valued at $1800.00

 

12 Arrests

Charlie Dean Blevins, age 33 of Ider, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 12:35 pm.

Sedena Marie Lewis, age 43 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 2:13 am.

Shelia Rena Williamson, age 50 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Forged Instrument at 2:22 am.

Shaina Reed Jefferys, age 25 of Hazel Green, was arrested on Two Warrants Probation Violation and Violation of Court Order at 3:45 am.

Mariann Rozwenc Hunt, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of any Substance and illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 7:24 am.

Antonio Estaban Domingo, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container at 10:01 am.

Tasha Ann Todd, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:23 am.

Boyd Coby Stoner, age 24 of Henagar, was arrested on a Warrant for Seatbelt Violation at 11:42 pm.

Steven Alexander Johnson, age 42 of Dawson, was arrested for DUI at 3:26 pm.

Brian Scott Chadwick, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 5:22 pm.

Stephen David Mitchell, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 6:26 pm.

Tracey Ann Walker, age 35 of Albertville, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 6:26 pm.

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 5^th Street NE, Maria Aguilera Campos, age 42 of Fort Payne, driving a 1997 Nissan Altima struck Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough, age 58 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Chrysler PT. Passenger Pamela Lindsay Yarbrough was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 952 Gorham Drive NE, a Kenwood Fire radio was taken, valued at $650.00

Ahnna Nichole Graves, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 2:22 am.

Christopher Scott Horsley, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Violation of Protection Order at 9:53 am.

Amanda Rhea McElrath, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 12:13 pm.

Tommy Dustin Burt, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 7:00 pm.
