Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken were two 7 piece ratchet set, Frost Glo hair dye, Curve cologne three RML lip liner, and three instant dry nails, valued at $77.00

An accident with injuries occurred at the intersection of Sanders Ave NE and 7th Street NE. Dorthy Smith Gray, age 89 of Fort Payne, driving a 2010 Buick Lacrosse struck Brittany Nicole Owens, age 23 of Fort Payne, driving a 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe. Dorthy Gray was transported to Gadsden Regional Medical Center by Dekalb Service. Brittany Owens was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
