Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Scosche cell phone holder, Bamboo Stylus and two 32gb Micro SD cards were taken, valued at $51.63
Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 401 Gault Ave N, bathroom stalls had been spray painted, valued at $200.00

John Christopher Wild, age 51 of West Roxbury, MA, was arrested on Two Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:34 am
Michael Deon Owen, age 40 of Oneonta, was arrested for Theft of Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:58 pm
Christopher Patrick Tilley, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Driving While Suspended and a Seatbelt Violation at 9:10 pm

An accident occurred at Grand Ave SW and 10th Street SW, Shakari Deaunna Riddle, age 28 of Gadsden, struck Karen Elaine Cedar, age 49 of Fyffe, driving a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe. Cedar and passenger Edward Malwitz, age 53 of Fyffe, were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Burglary – Occurred at 2003 Sanders Ave NE Apt 129, an Asus laptop and a LG cellphone were taken, valued at $885.00
Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1515 Williams Ave NE, a hatch on a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox was damaged, valued at $150.00
