Kristopher Lee Keef, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 5:15 pm.
Christopher Lavon Dyar, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 8:19 pm.
5 Accidents with 1 Injury
An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 29th Street SW, Cecil Beason, age 59 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 Ford Focus, struck Jeffery L Shankles, age 56 of Fort Payne, riding a 2009 Yamaha XV. Shankles was taken by DeKalb Ambulance to meet a helicopter and flown to Erlanger.

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken were a lap top computer and a bag of charcoal, valued at $685.00

Tambria Michele Gibson, age 25 of Gadsden, was arrested for Theft of Property, Using False Identity and Possession of Synthetic Narcotic at 11:53 am.
Jacob Edward Schiller, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Open Container at 3:26 pm
Mandy Michelle Hickman, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant for Suspended Sentence at 3:57 pm.
Zachary Dale Culpepper, age 20 of Dutton, was arrested on Two Warrants for Judicial Court Services and for Outside Agency at 10:35 pm.

Failure to Pay for Gasoline – Occurred at 1202 Adamsburg Road, ten and half gallons of gasoline were taken, valued at $33.00

Wayne Maxwell Munns, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Probation Violation and a Revocation Warrant at 2:30 pm.
A 17 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:40 pm.
Timothy Lee Todd, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Warrants for Public Intoxication, Probation Violation and Revocation of Suspended Sentence at 5:00 pm.
