David Shane White, age 43 of Flat Rock, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 6:55 pm.

Raven Ashbury Brown, age 19 of Mentone, was arrested for Underage Possession of Alcohol and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 9:39 pm.
2 Accidents with 1 Fatality
A fatality occurred at Wallace Ave NE and Desoto Pkwy NE, Tony Frank Wright, age 50 of Fort Payne, driving a 1996 Jeep Cherokee, left the roadway striking a sign and post and two trees. Wright was pronounced dead at the scene.

Burglary – Occurred at 204 Turner Ave NE, a wallet with contents and $8.00 in US currency were taken, valued at $18.00
