SUBJECT: Activity for October 6th thru October 9, 2014

 

Monday October 6th 

 

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 910 Sanders Ave NE, $300.00 in currency was taken

Burglary – Occurred at 803 6th Street SE, a Craftsman lawn tractor was taken, valued at $2200.00

8 Arrests

Marquell James Pendleton, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 11:00 am.

Roy Alonzo Allen, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 3:56 pm.

Lisa Ludlow Bishop, age 48 of Centre, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 4:45 pm.

Angela Gail Swearengin, age 34 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Rendering a False Alarm at 4:46 pm.

Michelle LeaAnn Deras, age 25 of Dutton, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 5:09 pm.

Manuel Junior Tomas Pablo, age 24 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 10 Days at 5:00 pm.

Thomas Michael Guest, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:19 pm.

Jesus Manuel Estrella Cruz, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Unauthorized use of a Vehicle at 9:21 pm.

Tuesday October 7th

 

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1100 Burt Hill Drive SW, 250 feet of cooper wiring was taken, valued at $500.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 407 5th Street NE, Bluetooth ear buds, a Pioneer CD player and cobra radar were taken, valued at $330.00

 

2 Arrests

Cody Anthony Wooten, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Revocation at 1:00 pm.

Cynthia Ellis Traylor, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Assault at 8:11 pm.

Wednesday October 8th

4 Arrests

Russell Wade Mitchell, age 40 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:46 am.

Roy Lee Gorham Jr., age 42 of Section, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 12:50 pm.

Christy Dawn Martin, age 39 of Gadsden, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Pay and Promoting Prison Contraband at 4:41 pm.

Skye Destin Bell, age 18 of Rainsville, was arrested on Warrant for Speeding at 11:39 pm.

Thursday October 9th

 

Incidents

Failure to Pay for Gasoline – Occurred at 1915 Glenn Blvd SW, $29.00 of gasoline was taken

 

1 Arrest

Lisa Lynn Lanier, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container and Two Warrants for Outside Agency at 5:40 pm.

 

5 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred on I-59 southbound lane, Andrew Ted Thrash, age 26 of Section, driving a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado left the roadway, struck a sign and a tree.  Thrash was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
