SUBJECT: Activity for September 12th thru September 14, 2014

 

Friday September 12th 

                                                            

Incidents

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1604 Grand Ave NW, a tire on a 2006 Pontiac G6 was damaged, valued at $150.00

 

1 Arrest

Tommy Joseph Dollar, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 7:10 pm.

 

 

1 Accident with 0 Injuries

 

Saturday September 13th   

 

Incidents

Duty upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 2101 Briarwood Ave SW, a front bumper, quarter panel and bug shield were damaged on a 2003 Toyota Tundra, valued at $3750.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 78 Green Valley Circle NE, a riding lawn mower, a grinder and mag wheels were taken, valued at $700.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 207 44th Street NE, a mailbox and post were damaged, valued at $150.00

3 Arrests

Jason Ray Ayers, age 31 of Dawson, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Carrying a Pistol without a Permit at 5:20 pm.

David Lynn Smith, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 7:15 pm.

Santos M Socop, age 41 Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Open Container at 10:52 pm.

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Godfrey Ave NE and Crystal Lake Drive NE, Sada Pearl Dennis, age 59 of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 KIA Sedona, left the roadway striking a guardrail and overturned. Dennis was transported by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Dekalb Regional.

 

 

Sunday September 14th

 

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 207 Turner Ave NE, a 22 caliber Winchester rifle was taken, valued at $200.00

5 Arrests

William Joseph Keener, age 35 of Mentone, was arrested for DUI and Open Container at 1:53 am.

Randy Maurice Rutledge, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 4:12 am.

Clinton Cole Shirley, age 29 of Dawson, was arrested for Open Container at 7:16 am.

Ben Jason Cleary, age 39 of Rainsville, was arrested for DUI at 7:23 am.

Emily Taylor Lewis, age 24 of Hoover, was arrested for Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice and Driving Under the Influence of Combined Substance at 10:17 pm.

 

1 Accident with 0 Injuries
