James David Cagle, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Fugitive from Justice at 3:36 pm.
Sherrylanne Jo Powers, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Trespass at 3:21 pm.

Ronald Clayton Gore, age 43 of Gadsden, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:26 pm.
Billy Dewayne Wooden, age 55 of Rainsville, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance at 8:20 pm.
1 Accident with 2 Fatalities
An accident occurred at 8th Street NE and Gault Ave N, Miguel Jose Jr., age 23 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Dodge Ram, left the roadway and struck a ditch. Passenger Antonio Martin, age 24 of Fort Payne was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service. Mr. Martin was pronounced dead at Dekalb Regional. Miguel Jose Jr. was transported to Erlanger where he was later pronounced dead.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 3901 Williams Ave NE Apt 119, Alabama tag #28D92G1 was taken, valued at $30.00
Burglary – Occurred at 5520 Desoto Pkwy NE, two gold wedding rings with diamonds, an engagement ring with diamonds, and a heart necklace with diamonds were taken, valued at $2600.00
