Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 100 Alabama Ave NW, a gold wedding ring was taken, valued at $250.00
Delayed Accident Report – Occurred at 1609 Adamsburg Road E, a rear corner on a 1998 Dodge 3500 was damaged, valued at $10.00

Dedrean Michelle Thomas, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving while Suspended at 7:47 pm.
Zackery Jordan Garrett, age 20 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Revocation of Suspended Sentence Warrant at 8:10 pm.
2 Accidents with 3 Injuries
An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and County Road 261, Bobby Joseph Falcon, age 32 of Youngsville, La., riding a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan and passenger Rachelle Falcon of Louisiana, struck a dog and overturned. The Falcons motorcycle struck rider Scott Jacob Fogleman, age 53 of Morse, La., riding a 2007 Harley Davidson. All three riders were transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service.

Marquell James Pendleton, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 1:45 am.
Jo Ann Walker, age 51 of Ten Mile, Tn., was arrested for Theft of Property at 6:45 pm.
Bradley Lee Bewley, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Two Warrants for Harassing Communications and Negotiating a Worthless Instrument at 10:29 pm.
