Alabama State Troopers, Leesburg Firefighters and Cherokee EMS all responded to a report of a single-vehicle rollover near Chesnut Bay Resort Monday afternoon. The mishap took place on County Road 915 just off of 147.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report logged that wreck at 4:20pm, listing the driver of the 2001 Ford as 35 year old Regina O’Dell of a Ft Payne address. O’Dell escaped injury; however she was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center on a charge of DUI later that evening with bond being set at $500.
