Fugitive Wanted on Warrant for Selling Methamphetamine in Cherokee County Arrested in Georgia

A Silver Creek man wanted by Cherokee County authorities is in the Floyd County Jail.

Forty-two-year old James Wesley Craig of a John Ingram Road address was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on Highway 27 North at Highway 156 in the Armuchee area.  He has an active warrant for trafficking methamphetamine here in Cherokee County (Alabama).

Craig is charged with being a fugitive from justice.
