A 26 year old Etowah County resident was recently arrested in connection with a Domestic Violence incident after he reportedly ran a woman’s car off the roadway causing the vehicle to crash into a fence.
According to Etowah County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Brandi Fuller, Devin Ray Mass had been following the victim, trying to get her to pull over on the side of the roadway; however she refused to do so and at that point Mass struck her vehicle causing it to crash; luckily the victim received only minor injuries even though the car was totaled.
Mass, a resident of Gadsden was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $5,000 bond. As a condition of bond, he strictly forbidden to have contact with the victim in that incident.
