A Gaylesville man was arrested during the early morning hours of Monday on drug charges.
According to information posted on the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website – Waylon Dale Epps, age 33 – was placed under arrest and charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was additionally charged with two counts of Failure to Appear on the previous charges of Breaking & Entering of a Motor Vehicle.
Epps was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just before 1:00am Monday – where he remains awaiting setting of bond.
