A 38 year old Gaylesville man has been jailed on charges of Sodomy 1st and 2nd Degree and Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree. According to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website, Carson Michael Walker was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center on Friday.
According to court documents obtained by WEIS Radio News, Walker did “subject to sexual contact with another person who was less than 16 years old but more than 12 years old and did “engage in deviate sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion” and did “engage in deviate sexual intercourse with another person who is less than 16 years old and more than 12 years of age.”
Walker is currently being held on a $325,000 bond.
