GAYLESVILLE – The Gaylesville Lady Trojans swept an area volleyball match from visiting Valley Head on Wednesday. The scores were 25-8, 25-12 and 25-7.
Aubrie Peek posted seven kills and three aces for the Lady Trojans (6-4). Peyton Bright added four aces, three assists and two kills. Emma Givens collected four aces, four assists and two kills.
Sydney Smith came away with four aces, an assist and a kill. Andreah Calvert contributed three aces and two kills. Delaney Coker had three aces, and Gabi West finished with an assist.
Gaylesville travels to Coosa Christian this afternoon.
