A northwest Georgia woman was arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County Tuesday.
According to information posted on the Sheriff’s Office website Brittany Leigh Harrison, age 33 of Rome was arrested and charged with Drug Trafficking and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
No additional information regarding the circumstances surrounding the arrest has yet been made available. Harrison was booked into jail just before 7:30 Wednesday evening – where she currently remains awaiting a bond hearing.
