A Grand Jury has indicted the 16-year-old who was charged in connection to Rod and Paula Bramblett’s death.
According to court records, his arraignment will happen next week and the trial will begin in May.
He is charged with two counts of reckless manslaughter.
Police say he was driving at close to 90 MPH in a 55 MPH zone when he rear-ended the vehicle containing the Brambletts. Police added that toxicology test results show that marijuana was in his system at the time of the crash.
