ABC/Randy Holmes(LOS ANGELES) — It’s Halloween, and fans of Jimmy Kimmel Live! know what that means: It’s time for parents to trick their kids into thinking they ate all of their treats.

During his monologue Monday night, guest host Shaquille O’Neal officially invited parents to participate in the seventh annual Halloween Candy YouTube Challenge.

Each year for the past six years, participating parents have videoed themselves telling their children that they ate all of their Halloween candy, with hilarious results. All you have to do to participate this year is record and post your video to YouTube with this title: “Hey Jimmy Kimmel, I Told My Kids I Ate All Their Halloween Candy.” Then keep an eye out for a message from Jimmy Kimmel Live! Shaq said the videos would air this week.
