In the Cherokee County Arrest File for Thursday:

Billy Joe McClellan, age 39 of Cedar Bluff was charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 71 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
