Indictments have been returned against two Floyd County men accused of raping a woman last November (2014).
21 year old Rickey G. Langston III and 23 year old Devorsky Whatley allegedly encountered a woman walking along Chateau Drive, and forced her into a nearby field where they raped her.
The pair was later caught by a Floyd County Police Officer while prowling in the 2100 block of Rockmart Highway.
